Martin Lindsay - Owner/CEO
My journey in the world of real estate really started off when I bought my primary residence in the summer of 2017. After feeling the pride of ownership and being blessed to gain some appreciation in my home’s value, I realized the power of building wealth through real estate. In early 2019 I left my desk job to jump in full time as a real estate investor. Since then I have never looked back and I strive to apply my hard work ethic and values into my business. I love all aspects of real estate and aim to continue learning and growing both professionally and personally through investing.

At Blue Equity Investment we don’t just see this as a means to generate income, whether it be through rehabbing and flipping houses or creating cash flow through rental properties. We see it as positively impacting the community. Renovating a distressed home or fixing up a dilapidated rental doesn’t just bring in profits, it gives a sense of pride to the end buyer or a feeling of comfort and safety for residents. At Blue Equity Investments we believe that the power of real estate investing is two-fold; we can build wealth and passive income while also making our a community a nicer, safer and happier place to call home.
